Counselling fees
Before committing to sessions, it is helpful to establish if we could work well together, and I offer a no-obligation consultation for this reason.
An initial online or telephone consultation costs £30 and lasts 60 minutes. Appointment times are from 9.00 am to 7.30 pm, Monday to Thursday.
Counselling sessions
My standard session fee is £52 per 60-minute session. Payment is on the day of your session via bank transfer, and I'll provide the details you need.
I try to make counselling accessible. If you're a student or on a low income, including universal credit or pension credit, please let me know, as I can offer a reduced fee for your sessions.
Sessions are weekly or fortnightly at first, and we'll agree on a start date. I suggest an initial commitment of six sessions to help build our relationship and make progress in counselling.
Please note I ask for a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancelling or changing a session. Late cancellations can incur the full session fee.
