If we have contact yet choose not to proceed with counselling, I will delete the information I hold about you one month after this contact.
If we engage in counselling together, I will hold your information for three years after the date counselling ends or the last time I saw you.

I will not share your details with another professional or agency unless you ask and give signed consent for me to do so, or it's an exceptional circumstance where I can break confidentiality, such as:
